4-Year University Foster Youth Contacts
Many campuses have programs specifically to support current and former foster youth, often known as Guardian Scholars or Renaissance Scholars. These programs include peer advisers and personal counselors, and can provide academic advising, housing assistance, tutoring, mentoring, financial assistance, special accommodations for students with disabilities, counseling, social activities and many other resources.
If a campus is not included in the California College Pathways (CCP) Campus Support Program database on previous page, contact the specific university’s foster youth liaison directly to get further information.
